Just picked up a 2004 GT3, oil resevoir needs to be replaced
GT3 owners,
I just recently picked up an 04 996 GT3 from DCautomotive that needs a bit of work.
I have worked on 996/997 models before but never removed the oil reservoir tank or the engine. Anyone out there done it with the engine in?
Seems like I can get to most of the mounting bolts but not so sure about the lines on top behind the intake manifold.
Also wanted to apply the coolant pipe upgrade while I was in there, can it be done with the engine in?
Any help is appreciated! I'll post up some pics up as soon as I can make some room in the garage
