2015 GT3 Allocations

Anyone recently receive a committed 2015 GT3 allocation with production date? If so, how much time were you on the wait list?

Just got informed by my dealer that my GT3 build got confirmed for September and I have a week or two before it gets locked down. I should have the car by November.

But you're referring to an allocation that was a 2014 and then got changed to a 2015 after the stop sale, right?

As far as I know, no US dealers have new 2015 (that weren't previously 2014) allocations. The word on the street is that US dealers will get some new 2015 GT3 allocations in November or December 2014. Seems possible to me but I won't bet on it.

I'm first on the list at my dealer and they haven't heard anything about 2015 allocations yet (that aren't pushed 2014's).

No, not a 2014 change to 2015. It is a fresh order for a 2015 build. My understanding some dealers are receiving allocations for 2015 build? Not related to the ones carried over from the 2014 delays.

I don't think so. You were probably given one from somebody that backed out. So far, I am fairly confident that no new allocations have been received by any NA dealers.

I just refreshed my build with my dealer. Porsche confirmed October production with a Nov 21 delivery for my GT3. Mine is originally a 2014 May build that got pushed back by Porsche.

Alpine, you're quite right. My allocation is the 2nd of the original 2 that my dealer got last year. The car will be built in September. No NEW allocations have been assigned to dealers yet.

Don't know what is going on with the 2015 GT3 allocation. The wait and auto only makes me think about getting my deposit back.

Was yours an "original" (the only ones PCNA has released to dealers) allocation?
