2007 GT3 valuation, please help
I found an immaculate 2007 GT3 with 10k miles, standard options with adpative sports seats, power seats, and Premium Bose with one year remaining CPO warranty. The question is I don't know how much this car really worth, but buyer demand $90k for it. Please help me valuation this car worth in current market. Thank you so much in advance.
I wish I could help u more but as u can see the 07-08 gt3 market is limited and only getting more rare as time progress.
Here's one on ebay with 9,7XXmiles asking for $98K: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-...US_Cars_Trucks
and another one with 20K miles ask $89K: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...87264395&Log=0
You won't find another low mileage GT3 in mint condition for under 87K without a story. GL

Chinaman- thanks for your input, I am very tempting but still not quite there yet. Rennlist GT3 forum seem a lot more active feedbacks than this site. Not sure why but it is.
That's because this site turned into 6bling, being overrun with vendors bumping wheel ads and lug nuts everyday.
Not to mention the GT section is overrun with 991 pdk

With 10K miles and assuming no issues/stories and little or no track time, $85-90K would be a reasonable selling price point right now.
3-6 months from now? Who knows? The low mileage garage queens don't seem to be declining in value. The "manual/Mezger" thing seems to be very appealing to the more hardcore enthusiast buyers who prefer more driver involvement as opposed to ultimate speed/lap times. It mattered to me.

I totally agree with you 100%

I just bought a 2010 w 37k miles for a little more milo eu, but I would have opted for the 2007 w 9k miles & warranty if I lived close enough to buy. You will always be able to sell a very low mileage mint quite easily. Plus the mint condition appeals to the guys who have bigger budgets & want low risk.
I would rather get 997.2 GT3 for mid $90k with a little more mileage though. Inprobably putting 2k miles yearly as my weekend toy but at $90k for 997.1 is little over my expenses.
Here is my 08....with full 997.2 conversion. I got it with 20K miles 2 years ago for $75K. However, I've done about $25K to customize it for shows and promotions. My business doesn't prosper with Stock cars....we have to be able to show parts, components, and services.
However, if you are not going to use the car to promote a business, keep it stock. For the upgrades I've done, I could have bought the 997.2! I'm sure my resale value has not increased! I would say that a great 997.1 example with mileage under 20K would be $85-89K.

GTRR - you got a beautiful car and the best of both world, the reliable 997.1 GT3 engine and an update of 997.2 GT3RS. OK what the price point? LOL but for the right price, we might have a deal
