Question guys, is it still as wide as the Carrera or Carrera S? Or will it be wider? I wish it would be as wide as the C4S...

 

Wish the turbo looked as clean

 

And if you look closely it is based on the narrow body 997 c2's not the c4 wider bodied cars as it first appeared in the last spy shots we saw here.

 

Can anyone offer an opion: is this a workable road car? I put about 25,000 miles/yr on my turbo, highway miles, road trip miles. Sometimes with one of my kids, sometimes with my wife, sometimes alone. I don't track it, and don't use it around town much, but I do love the open road. When alone, I'll roll the windows down, crank up the volume and fly.
Is this a car that works for that?

The basic shape of the front bumper is cool but it has too many elements. What the hell is that inside part of the middle intake area for? If you got rid of that it would make the car look much cleaner.

I don't see a sunroof? Thats a winner IMO. Will look to pick one up in the secondary market

 

Does it look like the photo has been retouched to anyone else?

Notice on the shot from the back of the car how the lower front spoiler is white. Also look at the picture from the front and the color is off on the lower front.

Overall the car looks great. I am not a fan of the rear wing though.

the first pix, headon shot, shows a line where the sunroof would be..

maybe it's just shadow.

 

Yeah, the sunroof line is very light and can't be seen from 3/4 rear ... may just be a reflection ... not feelin' that rear wing, but the rest is pretty yummy!!!
Honestly , those rims and that center exhaust have to add 20-30hp. At least.
