the rods,barrels,pistons,etc are changed ,we have not done a USA conversion yet but done several in Europe.and yes they come with a warranty.Give me your email and I will send you a PDF of the 3.8 we did a couple of years ago.

Don't the cylinder walls get too thin when you bore it out to 4.6? Is that 450 hp to the wheel?
