What makes our Long Tube Headers unique from all other manufactures are the Burns Stainless collectors specifically designed for the 4.0L flat engine. The collectors were made with Burns stainless proprietary X-design parametric engine/exhaust design computer program to optimize flow and create maximum power gains. Burns Stainless has an unparalleled 30 years of proven performance in motorsport, adopted by NASCAR engine builders along with world championships in Indycar Racing, Formula Atlantic, ALMS, FIA-GT, and Grand Am.
In addition to our collectors, another distinguishing feature are the Helical Valves we use in our side muffler bypasses which retain the PES functionality of the OEM exhaust system while dropping around 30LBS from the rear of the vehicle. We chose to use Helical Valves for their unprecedented quality - which have been proven by many OEM manufacturers such as Porsche themselves, McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and many more. No stuck valves and no chattering!

Just look at all of the bulk you will be dropping. We also incorporated a center X-Pipe to 70mm outlets for optimized exhaust flow.

Sounds good, we offer a Side Muffler Bypass system constructed with 14-16ga T304 Stainless steel, and the industries highest quality Helical valves.
