Help with value 991 GT3

So have finally gotten to the point where I am ready to pull the trigger on 991 GT3. Have been looking for while and came across a car that hasn't been listed yet and belongs to a friend of a friend. Car is 2015 White with black interior. Have not been able to get a look at original window sticker yet so not sure of original MSRP.

So here are a few details I know about the car.

2015 23600 Miles
White / Black interior with red stitching
Has aftermarket wheels but original will come with the car.
Has Carbon fiber Front Air Dam, Side Rocker extension, Front bumper Canards, and rear Diffuser.
Full Body clear wrap
GMG Racing Roll Cage
One feature I wanted but it doesn't have is the front axle lift.

Any ideas on what a fair price is? I come here to ask because owner isn't sure as of yet what he will ask but wanted to have a idea. More so because of the miles on the car.

Always up to the seller to come out with a price first.
Very high mileage for the vintage.
If it has a cage, it's probably had a fair amount of track time.
In my view, it won't be cheap enough to justify whatever he'll be asking. Depends what you want it for, but there are many examples of 14/15 cars with less miles that have never seen a track.
