Can someone fill me in on their preference please. Any options I must have?

The main difference is that the .1 is a lame duck, lack of performance, a "light weight" "truck focus" car that is slower at almost any truck (beside a super technical go kart style truck) than a "fat ***" "soft" "gt cruiser" "none sporty" 991.1 (and .2 of course) turbo S. it's good only for the "great" noise (which is quickly not enough so it's owners usually swipe the exhaust/straight pipe it until it's too noisy and they sell it, that's why hundreds are for sale and price drooped by 50-60 percent). It was supposed to be "limited but not numbered" "rare" car but they end up making about 5000-6000 (probably more than a turbo S, data not available yet), the .1 is a complete flop.
.2 GT3RS is better. Do not get the .1 get the .2. That's the only advise you'll need regarding those 2 cars.

I have a different take on the 991.1 GT3RS vs the 991.2 GT3RS.
Engine is slightly better on the .2 handling on rough track is worse on the .2 rougher ride higher spring rates and no rubber bushing.
Noise internal is way louder on the.2 less insulation.
.2 Has cool NACA ducts was cooling a issue on brakes?
.2 is slightly heavier.
.1 is a great track machine and back to back if a good driver in a .1 vs average guy in .2 .1 wins.
Now if a good driver in both .2 wins.
The .2 also has a different tire compound making it that stickier and it makes a big difference.
