Thanks to all you Florida 6speeders for coming out and saying Hi..
It was a pleasure meeting you all..
We had a ok weekend... All things considered.. We were 3rd fastest in the second practice session and qualified 8th on saturday morning.
At the start of the race James was able to work his way upto 6th and maintain that position for most of the race - the goal was to settle in and maintain a pace close to the leaders and attack towards the end of the race.
Things were going as planned until a incident on next to the last lap that tied up the other 996 cup driven by Imery with another car- as James was coming around the blind corner the other car was attempting to get back on track and turned left while leaving a nice patch of rubber- James commited had no where to go and had contact with the other car...
The end result a dinged up car and 6th place finish... Not the best of weekends but certainly not the worst when you think of what could have happened...
The car is on its way back now and will be repaired for Long Beach--
We had a great car at the end of the race and james was running times faster then the 2 cars ahead of him - I think we had a 3rd place car...
But thats racing and as no matter how much you plan... S(*@^( happens...
Long Beach is this weekend and we plan turning up the wick abit at our home track...
Hope to see some of you local 6speeders out there....

What a fantastic race that was! Just tivo'ed and man, what a race.... Fabryce, since we always root for you guys, major bummer when that other P-car came off and your guy smacked him... Nice to see Porsche finish 3 of the top 6! Good job!

Fabryce, great job by you and James as usual! I saw that crash, that was bad luck. Another couple seconds, and the blue car would've been clear. If James had gotten by him, would that've meant 5th place? I lost track on that last couple of laps.
My buddy Harry co-owns Leighton's car. How'd you like Archer's attempted pass on the straightaway?
I'll see you guys at practice on Fri at LB, what's Fri's schedule? Is it posted online somewhere? I'm outta town this wknd, so won't see the race live, but will definitely dvr it.
