If you have not done this, the stock set up is ok for street but, once you get on the track the rear has tendency to want to step out and do it very quickly. I believe that you are out in the AZ area, monitor your tire pressure, not too much air pressure cold. Does it sound like I spun mine?...
Good time to try out your new seats, great score!
Are you located close to Evolution? Have met Mike and talked to him several times, great guy.
Enjoy, it'll be fun! She's fast but can be fickle..

It'll be interesting getting used to the GT3 coming from the 944. I have a neighbor who ran 944s and Boxsters in PCA and POC for years and just switched to a GT3 this year. He had a high-speed off that shook him up pretty good. Said the alignment is definitely not dialed yet, same as you. Just adding another 20-30mph in sweepers makes a big difference.

! I guess I owe him for everything he has done for me throughout my life. Every track event is awesome because we get to spend the quality time together that both of us miss nowadays with our busy schedules. It makes for good team work, i read and analyze data for him, set up his car etc and he is always out there supporting me during my races(both karting and cars). You will love it when you and your son are tracking together.....The GT3 is a big step up. My 944 turbo was very fast, but the GT3 is a whole other level. When I karted I always had to be very cautious of steering input because for every input there was always a bigger output. When I went to the 944 turbo that was not the case. the car was too forgiving and I got sloppy at times. The GT3 is making me drive the car more and making me use all the skills I guess I had put away while driving the 944 turbo. I am very glad I am driving this car because it is testing me as a driver more and more.

Alignment is key if you're going to push hard with a GT3. I drive mine on the street a lot, so I had to compromise some. After trying a lot of settings, I finally got it to a point that I'm very happy with. Camber -2.5F/-2.1R, total toe 5'F/30'R, sway bars 1 from hard F/2 from hard R, MPSC's at 34-35psi hot F&R, RS wing with 4' shim.
I got to watch Luis at the track on Saturday and have to say in relation to some of the other cars on the track it looked pretty dialed in. Wild speculation on my part sitting in the bleachers and watching but.....
He also put on a good show on the drifting course. It was great to see a high dollar P-car getting a good workout.
Are you going to chime in??????????????
