GT3 or Turbo?!?!?!

Generally, if you need to ask... the turbo should be your choice. Sounds like you want a more comfortable street rocket and something you can spend gobs of cash on modding....the turbo fits the bill nicely. If I didn't track my GT3, I would probably turbo-ise.
Once again, if you have to ask this question then you've already answered. If you hesitate between the TT and the GT3 you are better suited for the TT. The purest knows from the outset that he has to have the GT3 and will accept her for everything she has to offer. For you, BUY the TT, if you have to ask this question you really don't belong in the saddle of the GT3...

One more thing to consider, depends on what other cars you have in your stable, for example if you already have your high HP cruiser why add a turbo? In that case go for the raw GT3.
Get a GT3 and turbo it, then you'll **** off everybody.
If you plan on doing a good deal of track time with the car, and by "a good deal" I mean "at least twice a month", and/or you live somewhere that involves a several mile long twisty backroad commute, go for the GT3.
If you like playing with Ferraris and Lambos on the highway, or spend a lot of time on "normal" roads and what something you can build up into the 6-700+ HP range if you so desire, the Turbo is a better choice.
I'd say get a GT2 and call it a day.

I think that is fair.
