Looking for the lightest and best solution to mounting a 2.5lb halon in my new GT3. I have a roll bar installed now and wonder if that's the best mounting area? I've looked at some of the Brey Krause quick connnects.

 

That's probably the easiest DIY solution.

 

sharkwerks has an underseat mount that might make it quicker to access incase of need

 

Probably best mounted on the bar. Check out Howe chassis, a stock car outfit that makes a lot of cool stuf such as a rb mounted quick disconnect setup, I'll try and find a link.
The easiest/cheapest route would be to get the oem bottle and bracket and just retrofit the thing, it's a direct bolt on. It was only a 149$ option, cheap for pag.
