HP gain on a 997gt3?

Hey guys just wanted to see what one can expect to get the hp to on the 997 gt3. I do not know much about the p cars but would think this engine is maxed out and may gain 30hp. any info you have would be great.

The lack of response should give you a good idea. I don't know of any significant mods available for the GT3.

$11k for an exhaust, ecu flash and filter? I would hope for a Ti exhaust at that level.

What I am struggling with on these upgrades is firstly to find out what your GT3 puts out. Ok so it seems to be listed as 409 -415 bhp, but Evo mag dyno tested their roadtest car and it came in at 429 bhp. So it would seem a bit silly to spend so much on upgrades to go from 429 - 435, 6 bhp increase.
So question one really is how many people have dyno'd their GT3's and if you have what was the output?. Like I say the only dyno result I have seen of is the Evo test car, which incidently wore the plate 911gb and seems to be the same car most of the UK press got their hands on...maybe it was tweaked as a test car?..do porsche do that to press cars?

Cargraphic and FVD would have the proper kits for this car. Just look carefully at your options . Because remember the old formula of .... LOTS of HP = to spending LOTS of $$$$. Especially on non turbo cars.

Good luck.

I too would like to see real dyno charts of the gains, not just measured gains compared to factory numbers.

Didn't Fabryce at GMG fix one up with everything including GIAC tuning and get to about 450 hp ? Or was that a 996 GT3 ?

I had Manthey on my 996 I am sure he will come out with a kit for the 997
It was as strong as my 997 so It was good for 35+ Hp I am guessing he may get something like that for the 997- it was 10K euros though. that was flash headers (work of art) racing cats and mufflers
keep checking mantheymotors.de or manthey-motors.de I think, and brush up on your german.

I went with a LWFW and cup gears and a much improved clutch. I kept the factory 6th gear (you can't change 1st). The car is a rocket thru the gears. Around $6000.00 using all Porsche factory parts except the clutch.
