Look up www.PCA.org for all info on the parade. I know that Registration is closed but you can still come and check it out.

BTW I have nearly 9000 mile on my 3 and if I leave it sit for a week or so, which I try not to do, it will puff a little smoke at start up.
Cannot bring to much luggage in an RS.

Does yours also have that rattle from the clutch? I took my in to the dealer and they said it because of the single mass flywheel. When I press the clutch pedal the sound gows away.

rmag is infamous around these parts
Mine smokes on startup all the time after sitting for only about 4hrs. Got over 7k miles on it and still does it. Heard it was normal.

Now that my friend is one of the poorest excuses I have ever heard. And this is coming from a single parent who rasied two boys!!

By the way, I'll give you $.55 on the dollar, I have just enough room in the garage for one more.

Your taking the family? Perfect! Just think how much more room the wife and kids will have in the trailer for their "stuff" when you unload the RS and drive it!! Hehe!

All Porsche's, more or less, have done this since many years ago, especially the air/oil cooled ones. To avoid this, let the engine run idle for 30 sec before shuting it down. The next start, you won't see the blue smoke.

Car probably runs a bit richer. I wouldn't let it scare you, but be sure to check the oil ever 500 miles or so.
