Would appreciate some first hand experience with transporting car cross-country. Can anyone provide reccomendations/references for best companies for this job. Looking to send my GT3 out to California for some West Coast driving toward end of August.
Thanks,
Thanks,
I just searched this forum yesterday to come up with a company. Here are a few that were recomended repeatedly:

I just shipped a car from Florida to California and it was a nightmare. PM me with your phone # and I'd be happy to talk to you about the experience.

I use Intercity for most of my transport. They do ship to the west coast. I sell a lot of cars to customers in CA. Pretty fast service. Seattle is usually a long wait though. I just shipped a $ 170,000.00 Turbo Coupe to Bainbridge Island, WA. Waiting time with almost everybody was 3-4 weeks.
I also use Alan Wood from "The Wizzard" autotransport. Very nice guy. Does a good job. Customers are always very pleased with the experience.

I used Intercity last month they do service the west coast, they shipped my GT3 from Hennessy Porsche in GA to Northern CA. They did a great job and were the lowest out of 3 quotes. I highly recommend Intercity.
