Are the PCCB vs. Standard brakes the same size on the GT3/RS?

Are the PCCB vs. Standard brakes the same size on the GT3/RS?
There's been a bit of confusion on my end and I thought you guys might be able to weigh in and help clear the confusion. We have yet to see a PCCB equipped GT3 (In northern IN, imagine that.....) so I'm hoping for your help to help build 18" race fitments. Thanks.
