Heres the story on the 08 coming in. Spoke to my salesperson who sold me an RS and presently dicussing the purchase of an 08 LP640.The dealer want 75 big ones over sticker.When I first heard this I thought it was funny. However you and I know there is some rich dude out there who will pay this and they also know it.So much for the enthusiast.This is a homerun car for them and eventually they will get their price.I don't agree with this or even like it but I have learned the hard way this is how it is!!!

 

Niello Porsche has a '07 RS (White) incoming for $194K. Was told that their dealership paid $40K over MSRP just to obtain this car and should be sold even before the car arrives. From those who've driven or owned one, this car performs like a $200K car- hence the market price.

 

Have you seen an orange RS yet? If you see one you will agree. Its the BEST color combo.

 

I paid $50K over MSRP for my and now I think I got a GOOD DEAL. But I can't say enough about the car and how it drives. Its worth the money.

but please understand that major dealers are purchasing these cars at ABOVE sticker price...

don't think that just because i am asking market price, that i own the car for tens of thousands less.


the price on the incoming car i have will be $210,000

the orange 08 is $75k over sticker
the 2007 is $50k over sticker

 

Is there a difference between the 07 and 08 car?

 

07 is white with black graphics
08 is orange with black graphics, like yours

 

Performance and options are the same on the 07 and 08?

Chuck, there are dealers SELLING 07's for $100,000 over MSRP ?
There are dealers selling 08s for 125k over msrp

do you know what i paid for my 2nd GT3 rs ?

Steve, I'm not ranking you...if you have a car to sell I wish you the highest possible price...I have no problem with that unless that car was supposed to be sold to someone who was on a waiting list and paid a deposit at the same dealership...good luck Rich

this is a car we bought.. .our First and only GT3rs that was allocated to us is already sold to a customer

any car that we ORDER, is at MSRP... no premium

but when we BUY an allocation, or buy a brand new car from a different dealer, we are obviosly paying a price above and beyond MSRP ourselves..

please understand, you will see these cars eslling for well over $100k over list...

the car is just THAT GREAT

if anyone wants to come by, i will be MORE THAN HAPPY to show you a gt3rs

 

For that price I'll buy a Ferrai F430....
