Squeaky sound

I was driving on a mountain road on Saturady and heard a squeaky (like old bed springs) on slight steering wheel movements to the left, no sounds turning right.

My car is a 997 GT3 with 1,450 miles on it.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Arnold

should be your front sway bar linkage is loose, happens often with these cars.

I very interested in the problem you describe.

I've had my 997 GT3 for two months now and have done 1600 kms.I have never been happy with the way the rear end jumps and squirms all over the place accelerating though bends.Every thing I've read talks about how well planted the rear end is.My previous 996 C4S was better and my current Audi RS4 gives me much more confidence.

Last week the front suspension began to squeak and now the rear is doing the same.

Would loose stabilise bars create this type of feel ?

Thanks everyone…

I will report it when I have the oil change and alignment check at 2,000 miles.
