Ya uh Luis, we just hit the twisteis in one (riding in 997 GT3, followed, by my dad's RS and a 997 TT). You gotta get one.
One thing I can't get around are the mag tests showing the c6 z06 lap times to be significantly quicker than the 997 gt3. I'm sure the gt3 is more fun to drive and will hold up better but being slower than a z06 would be frustrating.

Holla. Where have you been man? Are those swedish girls taking a lot of your time? If so, post pics. Originally Posted by PorscheFanatic

After driving both of Jenks GT3's I'd be interested in seeing a 996 with same HP vs 997. The 997 is no doubt faster, but I liked the feel of the turn-in on the 996 better, it was smooth and seemless, call it nerves but my first time in the 997 GT3 felt a little "too" responsive
though you cant argue at all with the looks being MUCH better, center of gravity, overall feel nod going to the 997, but in terms of raw speed, I think a similarly powered 996 TT would give the 7 a run for it's money and some
IMO hp/weight difference in that case (same power both cars) would > refinement improvments for 997
Better car does go to the 997 though.

Is this where I said I told you so?
Awesome car, I think I would actually get a little creative to try and get one. I love my Cayman cause now I understand why people pay big money for Porsches. They are worth it.
