can Nav be added?

If I get a GT3 without nav, is it possible to add nav to it so it works just like the factory?

I had the option of ordering Nav, but found the buttons and information entry a bit of a hassle and for CAD$4k, I can do better with a simple $500 Garmin or Tomtom unit with a touchscreen.

I have a garmin and it works great. If you want the nav system from the factory get ready to cough up a good $5K including installation (which takes just about a whole day)
