The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

Hi All: First the good news; my GT3 is here! Second, the bad; it's sitting at the dealer in Dallas, and i should have it by Monday; now the ugly; called my leasing company today and apparently they have a new policy where they are hedging their risk and have thus dropped residuals on Porsche's and the like by 15 points! Porsche financial has agreed to write the deal, but the rate on the lease is .38 money factor and the rate on a balloon is 9.25. The only good news is that i will be getting full tax credits, so no money down is required. Thefore, i am looking at 2175/mo., 12k, 36 month term. If anyone has suggestions and/or contacts whereby i can do better, i would appreciate it. Thanks.

Yeah that actually sounds like a ok deal for a GT3 with nothing down. Porsche leases are always higher than Benz, BMW and the such.
