Are these removable or are they integrated into the exhaust? I was thinking of chroming them if they were removable.

They are removable and a number of companies offer tips in black, polished, stock size and larger.
Fabspeed and Cargraphic, both board sponsors sell them.

Is there enough room to change them without having to take off the bumper cover ?

Take a look but it looks like it would be pretty easy, only 3 bolts and it's out.

I will get a picture of the exhaust when I get back to the office on monday.
