GT3/ ride height/alignment question

I have a 997 GT3 with 3500 mi. I have noticed that the front left side is 3/8th of an inch lower than the right side. Is this something that gets fixed with an alignement/corner balance or is this something that I can adjust myself?

I want to do a good alignment before I put new tires but there isn't a reliable shop/dealer in my area ( Southeastern New Mexico) so I will probably wait until I go back to the selling dealer which is Porsche of North Scottsdale to take care of this. Does anyone here have any experience with this particular dealer and their ability to do a good alignment/ corner balance? Or can anyone suggest a good shop to take care of this in the Phoenix area? Thanks in advance.

I have heard that it is supposed to be that way to compensate for the driver's weight.
