The cage had the mounts cut off, and then the tubes shortened to bring down the height, and then the mounts re-welded on.

They really are the best seats Porsche has come up with until now... (the GT2 seats look good but you can't get them yet)

They are really comfortable, and hold me in solid on the track. Makes me feel one with the car... and they look cool too.
