Well you can offer 190, but if you want it I'd be prepared to pay 210k.

No carbon package or steering wheel...offer $200K

I was told dealers make about $40K plus back end $$ on an SL

Actually I would agree with the 200k. Thats one of the only SL's I have seen without the interior carbon package.
I personally prefer the non-carbon interior...while it looks cool, those trim parts are a laminate just like in the porsche, and my personal experience with the long term maintenance associated with laminated carbon fiber interior pieces makes it more of a PITA than its worth.

I'm pretty sure it does have the interior carbon package, unless we're talking about 2 different things. Look at the pictures.

Not the whole kit. I was looking at this car before i bought my coupe. Look at the surround for the e-gear buttons, the surround for the gauges, etc. no CF. which again, i personally feel like is a good thing. for the pieces that are in there, if you keep the car for several years, just watch for delamination, rippling, etc. which can happen due to the CF laminate being adhered to a plastic surface. As those surfaces expand and contract at different rates over a period of 4-5 years, they can start to have issues.
if you need to replace any pieces, i would recommend MA-Carbon. They hooked me up on my 996 with some very nice pieces.
