What is a realistic price an 07' F430 Spider?

I have a good friend trying to unload a 2007 F430 Spider. His Scud is coming any day now, which is the reason he's selling. I dont know all the little nity gritty options on the car, but I know the main points. 1100 miles, F1 shift, non-carbon brakes, they are regular steel brakes, no carbon in the engine bay, gunmetal color exterior (no clue about the real color name), and black interior. I can get the window sticker from him if you guys think I dont have enough info here. It looks like the average price on ebay and autotrader is around $230-240K. Is this really accurate? He is very motivated to let it go ASAP!

Thanks so much in advance,
John

no...but that is what "I" think they should be worth, but prices have changed so much in just the past few years but still with the global economy the way it is resale just isn't what it use to be...exotic or not
