They do more than just Lambo there (factory dealers for Bentley, Spyker, Saleen, etc. as well) and get bunches of trades.

When I went over for SEMA I was looking at Turbo V's 996 but it's sold. Now looking at a G... I'm sick of having my vette photo shopped out of the runs.

 

I need to send those factory dash inserts from my 996 down to Ben...specially if he sold that car. Maybe I should trade him for the factory car cover that's supposed to come with my G :-)

...what about an 01 Diablo? Or if for the rental fleet...what about a Countach? (i hear they are a ***** to drive, but still on the 'legendary', 'must do' lists for most.

 

We did look at a black D just like the one we have tooled around with at the club but they are not so dependable and still cost within 20-30K of a G. We picked up an 07 Lotus Elise last week for the rental fleet and now that my vette should be leaving this week I need a toy.

 

Ben is the man and was able to take up down to the other show room in a newer RR Phontom. One sick car with 24" wheels but not my style....

 

Yeah, i was looking at that black D online. Too old for me personally. As much as I love the Diablo, if I was going to venture into the earlier lambo's, I would get that 01 version that Donckerwolke redesigned. That is essentially the same motor that went into the Murci I believe. And is essentially the last, super kickass version of the Diablo. They are pricey still for sure, but would probably be a cool car...The early Murci's are dropping in price a bit too...
At least out here you have Todd that can work on any of them if necessary.

 

True, We took the silver D down 6th a few weeks ago at night and people were still honking and waving. If nothing else they turn heads and I'm sure they have broken a neck or two.

 

Diablo's are cool for sure. its just that early interior that I find kinda horrid :-) The 01 is pimpity.
