RichardRoma is infamous around these parts
only a handful are over 30. You forget this is America
Ya we call these under 30 somethings 100K millionaires...a step up from the lowly 30K millionaires (who lease a 3 series or c-class) but still financing/leasing, basically over-leveraging themselves one exotic car at a time in order to pretend they're the nouveau riche

I think this is a great idea. Renting the same car for a weekend from Gotham is close to the amount that you are charging for the month. This is great for someone who is 'teetering' on making the commitment to buying an exotic, if said someone even exisits, haha.

Roy, A serious question....do you let potential buyers know which cars in your inventory have been rented out in this way?

I'm sure you`d agree this type of info really needs disclosed to a potential customer buying a car that's been leased out like a hire car.

Perhaps your new sig should read ...Drive it like you rented it.

I think this "lease" is quite different from a normal lease - its very short term making it a rental not a lease.

His cars will get beat on if they go out the door for a month.

As someone pointed out its potentially the same price for a month with Roy as renting from Gotham for a WEEKEND.

I wouldn't buy a Gotham car and don't know many people that would.

I understand Roy may not have put this idea into motion - Im sure hes aware of how future customers would perceive his inventory if he goes down this route.

I did do TWO cars on the "short" term lease...they were both MIN 90 day requirment not a month....

One of the lease cars the person purchased....2001 Lamborghini Diablo 6.0SE #34 to NY

The other has extended the Lease from 90 days to a full year as of now.

I am not doing it any further as it has become not cost effective with all the insurance requirments...

It was a good thin to do for the two cars that went out.

Thanks for the support guys!!
