How many LP670

Does anyone have the following break down

1. How many of the 350 ordered
2. Color break down
3. How many sold to US
4. 6 speed vs E-gear

Orders are still being filled...as of last week, approx 40% should come to the USA, I do know of only 2 6 speed orders that I am aware of, one in USA and One in UK

40% to US

thank you for the quick response. Do you really think in this market US can handle 140 units?

IMO no, I am not sure they will even sell out the 350 anticipated run..currently Asia and some eastern Euro countries are the big takers, making the USA NO longer there largest market share. In prior years it was approx 60% of production that made it to the USA..that has been steadily declining...for a number of reasons, but one of the main is that they get more money and make more profit on their cars instead of sending to the USA.

It is rumored that the run is at about 180-190 FILLED orders to date. WHAT is not know is if they intend to produce the car past 2010MY if the car does not sell out..? They say NO, ONLY 350 units or end of the 2010my run..

HOWEVER, in late with the great press releases and the fantastic TV airing of the car on Top Gear..things may change..IMO this is one of the best cars to ever come out of the factory. With it being "probably" the last of the V-12 TRUE Murcie and the last of 6 speed Lamborghini's that you can get (all going to E-Gear-2011 and on-with the exception of the just recently annouced limited run LP550-2..which you can order a 6 speed) I think this car is a true enthusiates car and is priced very aggresively.

I also prefer this car in White, 6 speed and the small wing. You can order the big wing seperate and it will bolt on to the small wing car pretty easily and cost effective if you wish to interchange it. The one thing you can NOT get on a USA car is the 4 point track belts..DOT will not allow them here..but easy fix as you can have a friend, or someone that knows, order the 4 point belts from a Lambo Dealer in Euro and have them shipped over...

I for one would not hesitate to buy one of these cars. I also know there will be these cars in the USA ONLY by order and none to be Dealer ordered and "floored" so to speak.

Current orders placed are expecting a late September or early October Delivery. Depending if you choose standard sea delivery or opt for the up charge option of 24 hour overnight air delivery.

And what a very cool episode of Top Gear that was...

I have to say though, I am a fan of the larger wing.
