Your Opinion Please.

Ok.. now I have been over this in my head countless times in the last week. I have a chance to purchase an new 09 Mercielago LP 640 for what I think is a great deal. I love the car and have one hang up... The interior. Now the Interior wouldn't be my first choice it is a little different, I would rather have one solid color. I look at it sometimes and think, its kind of cool and I don't think I would mind having it and other times I think it looks like Huggy Bears interior. I would love to get some input as to what you guys think.... Thanks and let the opinions fly!!

interior is a deal breaker for me. if your going to pay that much for a car make sure it is exactly what you want. when i was looking for my lambo it took me like 8 months to find one. i almost settled a few times but i knew i would be sorry later. the waiting sucked but i am glad i waited now because it has everything i want. oh yeah if your doubting the interior now wait till you own the car for a year and the new excitement is not there, you will really not like it then.

Although that would not be my first choice either, it is a crazy Lambo!! They are different for a reason. If you don't love it, you might regret dropping $300k on it. You have a pretty crazy collection already, it probably would be best to find one that is spec'ed closer to what your taste is. I am local if you need any help driving those beasts.....

NRG x EXOTICS is infamous around these parts
you might talk yourself into it for now... but i think this might be something soon worn off after the initial purchase emotional rush wears out... don't know if an interior like that would ever really grow on you... then resale?

It's an extremely rare interior combo which I like. It is very classy. Don't buy it if you don't love it. Shouldn't have to ask.

It is rare YES..only one other car I have seen that way..My 2001 Diablo 6.0 SE...

SO it is a one off, but remember a interior change is easy and not that pricy...say $5K

I also HAVE a full Murcie interior in both Black and Black and red available.

Do what makes you happy forget us poo poo people..

If I were you I would wait it out for a car that meets your criteria 100%. Theyre only going to get cheaper the longer you wait

Roy how close is that 5K going to get a OEM look to the leather? I seen some "saggy" refits on other cars, not lambos.

5K seems very reasonable.

No they arn't. Pct wise they are holding and soon, as the supply of cars are gone...you will see the prices hold higher and steady..

Come spring, when ther are NO CARS readily available...come back and re-state this position...it will not hold water.

IMO ..but we will see.

I am pretty lucky to have an ol.d school european craftsman here in Seattle. He not only secured the correct needle size lambo uses, but the same stich material so as to match the stitch pattern exact.

The leather it self is pretty close...I have had him do 2 cars for me that wer older and needed to be re-done. The price included the seats, door sides...darn good work IMO.
