Q1/2008 vs Q1/2009 -- 639 vs 404 = -36.8% [1]
Q2/2008 vs Q2/2009 -- 670 vs 421 = -37.2% [1,2,3]
Q3/2008 vs Q3/2009 -- 607 vs 385 = -36.6% [3]
Q4/2008 vs Q4/2009 -- 514 vs ??? = ??? [3,4]
Q1...Q2 vs Q1...Q2 -- 1,309 vs 825 = -37.0% [2]
Q1...Q3 vs Q1...Q3 -- 1,916 vs 1,210 = -36.8% [3]
all 2008 vs all 2009 -- 2,430 vs ??? = ??? [4]
If we assume that Q4/2009 exhibited the same -37%, then
we get 324 cars, bringing the total for the year to 1,524. In
which case Lamborghini would be at 2003/2004/2005 levels
once more (1,357/1,678/1,436 cars, respectively).

What percentage of the higher sales volumes
in 2006/2007/2008 (=2,087/2,406/2,430 cars)
was the result of the credit bubble though? Or
to put it another way, if you factor out all the
buyers who used credit and otherwise couldn't
have afforded a Lamborghini in the first place,
as well as factor in all the people who can still
afford one but deferred buying because of the
recession making them extra cautious... then,
well, where would Lamborghini sales be? IMO
somewhere around 2003/2004/2005 levels. ;-)
