Do you think it would be worth it to bump it a few hundred rpm, or too much stress on the engine?
BTW, I know you are happy with the way it performs, I'm just curious.

did you try any runs starting in 2nd? just curious to see what the difference would be. I'd assume it would just spin from 2nd....

vry - in theory, absolutely I would love to bump the limiter but I can't...there is a fuel issue as the stock injectors are done at 8,000 rpm and my secondaries don't have the ability to take over the stockers and the additional fuel required. As for being happy, oh hell yes, I LOVE the car, it's amazing. The ONLY thing I would do diff is I wish I had a 2011 LP570 SL with a 6-speed (in white).

Darrin - the car has MoTeC and boost by gear, so spinning is really not an issue. I did play with second but the additional shift kills the time.

Got dam Peter, that is just insane! I thought my old supra was quite fast 62-124 i 6.0 sek... that's like another dimension fast. Can't imagine how it must feel.
