NO to the Murci

i was Looking for an 04 murci, but i dont think so anymore
i test drove one this week and partly because it was my first time, but the visibility was terrible, the c pillar was way to wide and the rear vents also made visibility limited. The rear being wider than the front also made driving more difficult.

If I didnt have to worry about changing lines or other drives, then this would be the car for me.

So instead im looking for a 04 + gallardo spyder or a 05 F430 Spyder.

Wait... A supercar with an engine behind you had some visibility issues?

So now you're looking for a car with NO B or C pillars?

Why didn't the mirrors help?

I owned two F430's before I bought my Murci. I love my Murci and get a kick out of generating a sense of occassion every time I drive it. But I cannot disagree with your observations. You cannot go worng with either the 04 Gallardo Spyder or 05 F430 Spider. I personally think you would find the F430 easier to drive and it has excellent visibility.

Gallardo Spyder came out in 06.

The Murcielago is definitely not for everyone and there are not many people who would argue that the Gallardo isn't the better car. It is not an easy car to be in but nothing comes close to the drama and excitement. Good luck with your search.

Well, you seem to have a good sense of humor... I think it's awesome that you can enjoy these decisions. I, unfortunately, cannot decide between these two. This has been a problem for me for so long. So much so, that I've decided to get neither (unless one HELL OF A DEAL falls into my lap). I've opted to look into the future (R8 w/DCT, Ferrari FFX successor (hopefully less ugly), maybe 599 GTB, etc...). I'm sorry I cannot help. But I also believe this is my personal opinion - both offer a similiar experience, and it comes down to preference. Good luck! Let us know what you decide.

gallardo or F430 is the better choice for a daily driver... depends how your going to use the car.. Murci is much more exotic

i think i have a great sense of humor because ive been blessed. To be relatively young and be able to afford a vehicle that i did not even imagine i would be able to afford just 4 yrs ago, makes life that much better!
