Just picked up another 04 Gallardo
I sold my last Gallardo last year and wasn't really looking for another one but we got this 2004 traded in and it was just too good to pass up so I bought it. It is Blue Caelum over Avorio Lilium. It has an LOC exhaust and a Kenwood head unit (nice change over the 04-05 tape decks). We just did a clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, rear main seal, new tires, painted the wheels titanium, fixed some cosmetic items, replaced the mirror that was about to leak, and did a major service to it.
It was ready to go so I drove it from Atlanta to Palm Beach and Miami and back this weekend. The car performed beautifully. Drove great, was very comfortable, and got 19.5 mpg on the trip. I have put about 2,000 miles on it in the last week. The Gallardo is really an awesome car. Here are some pictures of it. There are more pictures here: http://edbolian.com/?p=1190

I love the color, and the Gallardo!
I did the drive from Miami to Gatlinburg last year, just wondering why would you do this boring drive all across FL and no go up from Atlanta to TN and drive the beautiful mountain roads I can't wait to go back to!!!

I was actually already planning the trip to Florida and it was a great opportunity to drive the Gallardo. You are correct that the drive South from Atlanta is never as exciting as the drive North but cruising around Palm Beach and Miami in the car was a lot of fun.

I love that color, car looks like it has been really cared for....I thought Miami had Lamborghinis and Ferraris on every corner? A friend of mine moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2006 and according to her back then everyone had an exotic.
On another note has So Fl really changed that much since '06? She talks like it is becoming a depressing ghost town, she is a "professional girlfriend" so just hangs out and goes to school or works in a bf's business. Not a prostitute just one of those girls that gets lonely guys with more money than sense to cover her bills.

These cars really come to life when you take them on long trips. When they get driven on 5 miles trips and in traffic, that is when they start acting up.

Thanks. I had a dark blue 360 and loved the color combination. Blue Caelum is pretty rare but has become more popular since it became a color option on the LP550-2 Bicolore.
