The person that made me an offer owns a dealership. He wanted the car for his personal use. He usually drives them for a bit then sells them.

Hey guys, I realize I may have opened up a can of worms. I didn't mean to question DP's ability to build a TTG. As shown in the thread, they did an awesome job on Al's car. What I was asking was in regards to things like E-gear vs manual, power of bolt on vs built motor etc. I've read many post by other ttg owners who manual cars and after the fact, wished they had bought an E-gear.

I have an 04 manual Gallardo which is (slowly) having a bolt on kit installed. So I follow threads like these with much interest as they are similar to my own. I have second guessed the manual vs E-gear in my mind a thousand times prior to having bought the car.

So I was mostly looking for feedback from Al on things like that, not trying to raise doubt in Dallas Performance abilities.

I would love to see the vids however!

I'd be willing to bet the autotrader ad is/was created by the auto dealer that bought the car. Al's not an autotrader type seller. About 90% of the cars he has bought in the last year or two have been from and through Lamborghini of Dallas, including the sale of this car.
Makes complete sense then...thanks for chiming in!

Strange as it might sound, I am actually curious how this car will sound when its finished... one of the downers with turbocharged cars is how the turbo acts like a silencer both for exhaust and intake note.. will it loose some of its Lambo snarl?
