Launching a 04 6spd

How safe is it to lauching a 04' 6spd with a new clutch?

With the long gearing the the earlier model..it is a pig off the line so I am trying to figure out if it is safe to launch the car hard off the line...

YOu can, but it will just burn up the clutch quicker.. Take out the front diff and you will have fun all day long as RWD!

Rwd

Yes it is going under the knife t his week to go RWD.. Cant wait to drop 150lbs and gain acceleration speed due to less loss in whp from drivetrain loss

You'll love it.. neutralizes the car as well. A million reasons to do it.. only 1 not to. Snow.. which i don't drive this car in the snow anyways so who cares.

rwd

I cant wait as I could use the weight savings and stronger acceleration with less drivetrain loss

I was just wondering with a weight loss of 150lbs up front, do i need to adjust the front coilover height.. Assuming probably not as it would only lift the front by 1-2mm anyways...
