Title says it all. The clear bra came in with all sorts of distortions, bubbles, lines, stretch marks, you name it. Getting it redone by YOURS TRULY:

Yeah that's pretty sad... but what you get when (more than likely) a window tint shop installed the bra. Lambos are a very easy car to work on so if there are those types of issues... that's pretty bad. Looking forward to seeing your finished results. I am sure it will be excellent as usual.

I saw that you previously had a SoCal location which is now closed. Can you recommend someone in San Diego to do high end work or do you guys ever come down?

Did you find a SD shop?
I just had an SD shop do $3.8K of work on my car and have mixed feelings on it.
Lets just say I plan to have some of the work redone.
If you want shop names, send me a PM.

I dont like how they demanded a premium price, because they felt I was picky and they wanted to get it perfect for me.
Then when I pick up the car, and point out things I did not like, they say they cut corners to keep the cost down for me.

Another shop, who I plan to have redo some of the work, would have wanted $2.5K for the same job and film.

It does not seem to pay to over pay.

 

Yes, I did find a couple shops. Got recommendations from Symbolic and La Jolla Audio. Think I will end up using Auto Armour who is a mobile installer. Will drop you a pm

 

Unfortunately, in Southern California none that will be comparable.

 

This is true. Most importantly, is to look at the work in person. There are many new installers to the market, so be sure to research them and find what type of work history they have. If they are active on the internet, you should be able to find work posted. Do keep in mind that work posted on the internet are not always accurate as many companies do not take up close photos like us.

It typically takes about 5 years to become good and many more years after to become an expert.
