I'm very happy with this car! I'm definitely keeping it for many but many year.... I'm planing to send her to UGR next year for a stage 1.....
I order the clear side markers for the front and I will blackout the rear markers & tail lights...
I want to paint my calipers but I'm not sure what color... I'm in between green or yellow...
What about you Sgt? How do you like her so far? Any new mod?

Man...easily the all around best car Iv ever owned. Same mods pretty much...the LOC exhaust with out cats is completely insane. I added a set of rear Girodisc 2 piece rotors....beautuful. I'm thinking hard about a set if TiKore bolts to finish off the look. The set I had on the Porsche STILL hasnt sold. 
Im not sure of the cost of the Stg1 UGR kit but Im sure its more than Id put into mine. If the mood hits me right I might consider a bolt on Boost Logic kit as I trust them and they are local. Im just kind of up in the air....maybe in the near future a nice SL might be a worthy replacement.

I drove a 2008 SL and I like it but I don't think is wayyyy better than my car :-/ they go for $150 k right now (in excellent shape) $40 k more than what we paid for our cars...
I think the Gallardo is a car made for high speed... This thing after 170mhp feels like 80mph...

Looks really good with those wheels. Gallardo is a pretty car still, I believe one of those designs that will always look good. I owned a ballon white for about a month, it just wasn't the car for me. BTW the speedo LIES BIG time, don't know if it was an issue with my car or a know fact. Enjoy it.
I have plans for this car next year!!! :-)
By the way i love your GT2 that car is a BEAST!!! where do you live in South Florida?

First I honestly thought the car had too much attention, and it doesn't excite me.
The steering feel and handling of the car is nowhere near as a GT Porsche (at the time I was selling my 996 GT2 which was a REALLY well set up track car and migrating to a 997.2 GT3RS) I also enjoy driving my cars at the track, and at that time I used to drive A LOT, so not the right car for that, as it got into limp mode in 2-3 laps around Sebring.
I liked the looks, the sound and how comfortable the car was in high speeds, also the interior was nice (car was loaded) but the built quality is not the same as a Porsche, specially when you start looking deep into things. All in all just not the right car for my use, that's all.
Thanks for your kind words towards the 2, it's a fun car for sure, and under appreciated for the most part, don't know if people are scared of them or just don't like Turbo cars. I'm in WPB area.

I agree with you! the Gallardo is not a everyday car for sure! and not for everybody i personally love this car! i do miss the explosion from 0 to 60 from the 997TT but i really think Gallardo have way better handling in high speed!
I wish i could afford to have a GT2 & a Sl 2008
