Cincy2's Underground Racing TT LP 560 project...
Thanks to Eric for choosing Underground Racing for his TT Gallardo project. Once we complete this project it will be headed to South Florida. This will be a Stage 3 setup with the full engine build. It will put out 1,000+ whp on pump gas, and a very conservative 1,250 whp on 109 octane. Eric set up his appointment for the turbo build about a month ago. Once here and through the check in process, the car began to be disassembled. This is scheduled to be a 6-8 week build. I will post some pictures along the way.
Engine was out within 24 hours and is headed to the machine shop now.

I'd assume the turbo system is just bolt on at this point? Pick stage, build engine/trans/diff, insert piping with specific size turbo and download tune?
Still an awesome turn around time, but I'm sure doing dozens or hundreds of these things has really sped up your process.

Yes but we still fabricate the Turbo systems in house a long with everything else other than custom CNC parts, billet gear sets and etc. We use Proline Racing for engine builds as we have since the first day we started this business over 10 years ago. Transmission shop is in house as well. John Reed builds our harnesses for the Motec setups which are all 99% plug and play. (no hacking into wires) I believe we are the only tuner that has a PNP harness for the LP's. We dyno every car, tune or tweak each and everyone to make sure every car is spot on.

That work on the wiring harness is amazing. Got any fancy pics of the trans/diff internals or is that all proprietary stuff that you can't show? Everyone likes pictures of shiny CNC'd metal
