Serious premium on Patrick's Gallardo

Over the new year Danica Patrick's 2005 Gallardo sold for a whopping 122k, which seems like a lot? I mean, she barely drove it, and it literally sat most of the time. Would you pay a premium to own a celebrity's car?

Johnny, I need to send a mayday regarding your post....Danica originally purchased the Gallardo for $122,004 in 2006. That is not what it sold for on BAT as you have concluded.
