Yes the 06 exhaust does sound better. I actually have an 04 I need to update my signature. I wound up buying a friends car with 1500 miles on it, bc the dealer didnt want to budge on pricing.

what!! dealer was not budging? I did alot of shopping around before I pulled the trigger and most dealers were giving me atleast 10k off right off the bat...I ended up getting 12k off my G. But an 04 with 1500 on it is great...look on the bright side atleast you didnt take the depreciation hit... and as for the exhaust I heard a tubi and it sounded nice. Post some pics of your G.... good luck!!!

Tubi sounds not nice, but EVIL on the Gallardo! My friend has one on his 05 egear, and I believe RDH has a Tubi on his, both sound absolutely sick!!! How the car should have sounded from the factory, in my opinion!

So far the the best exhaust I've heard is our member Vipertestarossa's Tubi Exhaust with Cargraphic Bypass pipes. F1ish.

I pick up my 06 G pearl yellow, clear bonnet, black leather 1, callisto wheels in 45 min. I heard Lou's 06 and the stock exhaust, though not that F1ish - sounds mean and exotic - deeper and louder.

rode around in a new Gallardo SE and then messed around with it while in a Murcie Roadster, and I can tell you the Gallardo SE exhaust sounds incredible. It is loud as ****, and I couldn't beleive it later on when I found out that was the stock SE exhaust.
