just so I can have a peice of mind... by what you guys are saying... by next year this time (when I plan to get rid of G)my 2006 Pearl Yellow G (E-Gear) MSRP $210,000 with lets say 3,000 miles will be worth $155k?

Yep, pretty much. Depending on what Lambo unveils for the 07 & 08 G's, yours might hold a bit more with the improvements made to the 06's.

That is seriously a good deal - most of the cars I was lookin at are 2006 and they are asking the 195k range.....

I don't have any recommendations on real esate in your neck of the woods, other than the Lake Oswego area being the nicest. But we just bought a condo in downtown Vancouver for the same reason. We'll see how that works!
