funny... they make 4 times more F430's yet they DEPRECIATE 0%

 

I'm new to the F market but I have to agree...I have been left scratching my head...it's hard to tell what is real and what has been created...

 

Yea seriously!! A friend just picked one up, and that thing is gorgeous! I then looked into them and saw the gallardo and f430 prices are so similar, yet the f430 can't be had for anywhere near its list, its sick!

 

Yea i dont get it. why would the f car hold it value so well while the lambos and porsche drop some?

Its quite an enigma. they build i dunno 5K gallardos and 20K f430s, the G's drop like rocks, the f430s go for 50K over MSRP. makes no sense at all.

The 430's sell for over sticker due to dealers have a stronghold on customers. Let me give you an example, mu uncle has a 430, he bought it at sticker. The dealer allows him to put a few thousand miles on it, at which point he MUST trade it back to the dealer, who then gives him another car, and resells his car at markup, thereby bypassing the rules of not selling for over msrp. Thus the reason why there are no NEW 430's for sale, but every dealer has 50 of them for over sticker.

 

I heard of them doing that, although on f430's, 997tt's and so on the manufacturer's are getting real strict on these dealers, from what i heard and are not allowing or limiting them from doing this scheme!

 

wow! ridiculous. I would never pay over msrp for a brand new ferrari let alone one with a few thousand miles on it!
