Are these things available in the US?

I'm assuming Affolter sells them but their website www.lamborghini.ch seems to be down?

If anyone has one, I'd also like to know how well it works (rain, top speed runs etc.)

That pic isnt a LP it's a murci roadster still. There are other pics on that website that show you better angles and you can tell.
