Supposedly a ringer as the same car ( same license plate ) turned much slower numbers on german tests .

FEW COMMENTS from Italian user on sc.net who scanned the article :

This LP640 is the same units already tested by AMUS ad Autozeitung: italian plate DC145XN.
Incredibly, is much more faster: 0-200 is TWO SECONDS BETTER!!
The unit now has the wing, and has much more noise: from 79 to 81 dB @ 130 Kph, and 105.5 dB maximum!! proably now it has a new exsaust....

The Italian mags usually show the Ferrari/Lambos with a bit more power .. either way thats still a ridiculously fast car.
