Another thing to keep in mind besides the weather, is the shorter gearing on the 06 Gallardo. This is NOT a drag racer. The fact that you have to shift into 5th on a quarter mile pass costs you at least a couple of tenths and a some mph too! Of course you would make that up on the way to 150, 160mph and above..

I mean i didnt say it SHOULD be running low 10's lol (so many variables and of course the car itself and what its setup for), its a highway/fun car, sounds/looks/handles and performs amazingly, i understand its not a 1/4 mile drag car so props.. I myself would like to see what my car can do on the strip, maybe soon! Enjoy it in good health!

Didn't mean to come out as a *****, but I'm a pretty technical guy! So when you gonna thow in some race gas and turn up the boost?

Actually, have you thought about a tune using E85. I know its probably the least of your worries, but its cheaper than some grades of pump gas and has the equivalency of around 110 octane. Plus its readily available at many gas stations! There are some ECU piggy backs out there that would allow you to use several fuel maps depending on your mood!

BUT i must say, you have the ultimate street car, 2 turbos, insane sounding v10, insane looking and all the traction one can ask for with that power! Let's trade
