Congradulations , apply a light set of smoked tints for the taillights as the dark ones look overdone slightly.

I had my 997 done at Sticker City and it worked out pretty well... I have heard that there were some unhappy people that got their cars done there, but they do all of the Auto Gallery cars, so how bad could they be? I actually have an appointment to get a clear bra on the Gallardo on Saturday, now I'm thinking twice about it....

Does anyone know where I can get a stripe painted on the wheels around the rim? Here's a couple picutres, that'll give you an idea of what I'm thinking of:

Congrats on the car! Say hi to Uncle Larry at SC. I had them tint all my lights and reflectors in April and they still look great.

great looking car. Whats the interior on it? Solid black?

I've heard spraying the tailights is the better way to go for long term and just better looks. Definitely get a good dark tint on the side windows too.

It's black and blue two tone with blue stitching, not screaming loud like black and yellow or orange but not just plain ol black, IMO it works well with the car... Now I'm thinking of getting some carbon fiber interior parts...

And I'm not sure on the window tint, the car screams "give me a ticket" already, no front license plate and if I add tinted windows, i'm a ticket waiting to happen...

Great car! Does it have "lift" control?

BTW I have a "G" and a 997 as well - the 997 is my daily driver

Yes, it has the front end lift, but even though I've only driven it about 30 miles so far, it doesn't seem that the front is that low... I think my lowered 997 is lower??? Either the guy that owned it before me was extremely careful or something because there are no scrapes whatsoever on the front, at all... The F430's I was looking at all had been scraped to hell....

I have a C230 MBZ as a daily driver, so i'm guessing the 997 is just going to come out for track days now...

Awesome G. Depending on what your needs are, you can use vinyl striping around the rim or get them painted. It's discussed lightly in another thread:

Hmmm, sounds interesting, I may just go by Pep Boys and give it a try, I don't know how flexible that stuff is but we will see....... Thanks for the info!!!
