Exige S resale value
It seems an exige s can be had for $35-45k with 10-40k miles. Which is quite a bit less then the sticker prices of the cars.
The cars seem to be very reliable and the production numbers are low.
Where do you guys see this car in a few years? Continuing to hold around the $35-45k mark or continuing to plummet? I think the exige s has be the best shorted car the company has come out with in a quite a while.
Also, these new models unvailed in Paris so much promise, as long as the quality and reliablility can stay up!

The Exige varies due to the variences in HP year to year but given the same time frame, I would imagine in year 5 the bottom out number for each model will be:
'06 N/A $30K-$33K (roughly 300 intro. to North America)
'07 220HP $35K-$38K (roughly 300 intro. to North America)
'08 240HP $39K-$45K (roughly 100 intro. to North America)
'09 260HP $50K-$55K (roughly 30 intro. to North America)
'10 260HP (face-lift) $47K-$52K (roughly 30 intro. to North America) *
*A little heavier and slower than '09 version
There's always exceptions to the rules but these exceptions prove the rule so no need in saying, "this car is already at X amount"

I think they'll go about 5k below what Lotus1 says. And that's mainly due to mileage. in 2015 a 10 year old 06 exige (mine was built in 05) will likely have 25-70k miles on it. and likely to have more track miles and track mods than normal cars. I currently dont' think I could sell my 06 with 40k miles and aftermarket supercharger for more than $37 on a good day. and in 5 years with 20-40k more miles on it, it will likely be in the mid-high 20s.
