Alarm problems...still

I have had my Macan Turbo for about 6 weeks, and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the alarm goes off almost daily, and I am getting frustrated. My dealer keeps telling me there is a fix coming, but nothing yet. Anyone else with this issue?

I've only noticed my alarm has gone off once while I was away from the car, so fortunately, I don't seem to have this issue.

I was at the dealer last week and they heard of the issue, however, no fix yet.

Mine has gone off once since I got it in May. Since then I've had success using the work around which is to just shut off the interior motion sensor by pressing the lock button a second time within 2 seconds of the first time. Confirmation is 1 long flash of the parking lights. No issues since doing this while I wait for the permanent fix.

For right now the only fix is either pressing the lock button twice like mentioned above until you see the rear lights keep a steady flash or on the interior on the left between the driver and rear seat there is a motion sensor deactivator. The car has to be turned off and the parking brake enabled for it to remember to keep the interior sensors deactivated. There is a little button that you will press and this will be a temporary fix as well. It is not just the Macan that is doing this, but also the Cayenne and Panamera. Porsche does not have a fix for it just yet.
