Stupid question about PCM/CDR+

Stupid question about PCM/CDR+
I'm in the "tuner" section and I see six stations listed for selection, but it says I'm on listing "FM3". I cannot figure out how to get back on FM1 or FM2. Anyone have a trick? I'm sure I'm missing something stupid.

on screen in upper right where it says FM3, tap there to scroll thru FM1,2,3, Mixed and Best.

Same for SAT presets etc.
